Account Deletion Guide
We're sad to see you go, but you can delete your account at any time if you wish.
Delete Your Account Directly in the App
The quickest way is to delete your account from within the app.
- Launch the Haru app.
- Select the Settings tab at the bottom.
- Tap Account** > Delete Account**.
- Read the notice and tap the Confirm button to complete the deletion.
Requesting Deletion via the Web
If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion via the email address below.
- Email: support@myharuapp.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Please include the following in the body
- The email address or the type of social login (Google / Apple / LINE) you used to sign up
- The name (nickname) you entered at sign-up
- Reason for deletion (optional)
After your request is received, your account will be deleted within 3 business days.
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
When you delete your account, the following data will be immediately and permanently deleted. Recovery is not possible, so please decide carefully.
- Profile information (name, age range, health information)
- All routines, to-dos, and schedule data
- AI conversation history
- Memory data
- Care connection information
- Uploaded images and voice data
Data Retained for a Certain Period by Law
The following information will be stored separately in a dedicated database and destroyed after the retention period expires, as required by applicable laws.

Important Notice for Active Subscribers
If you have an active paid subscription, please be sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your account alone may not stop automatic billing, as payments are managed separately through each store (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Haru > Cancel Subscription
Canceling an Android Subscription
Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Haru > Cancel subscription
Want to Sign Up Again?
You can sign up again at any time after deletion using the same email or social account. However, your previous data will not be restored, and you will be starting fresh.
