1. What kind of app is Haru?

Haru is an app that helps you organize your daily life through conversations with AI. It automatically manages your routines, to-dos, and memories, and supports both voice and text input. You can use it as a personal assistant in your busy daily life.

2. Can I use it for free?

Yes, the basic features are free to use. Some features—such as unlimited AI conversations, unlimited Care members, and detailed statistics—are available without limit with a premium subscription.

3. Can I use the app without logging in?

You can try the app without logging in by tapping "Enter as Guest" on the login screen. However, any data in test mode will be lost when you close the app or reinstall it. Please log in to keep your data.

4. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. All data is stored encrypted and protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, and the contents of your AI conversations are not used for model training in accordance with the policies of our AI provider (Anthropic). 5. Can I rely on information provided by the AI?

The AI is very useful for general conversation and schedule management. However, for matters requiring professional judgment—such as medical, legal, or financial advice—please always consult a qualified professional. The accuracy and completeness of information provided by the AI are not guaranteed.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly from the subscription management menu in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Within the app, navigating to Settings > Subscription will take you to the management menu. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7. I'm not receiving notifications.

Please check the following:

  1. Device Settings > Notifications > Haru → Notifications allowed
  2. In-app Settings > Notifications → Notifications enabled
  3. Whether background activity is allowed in Battery Saver mode
  4. Whether Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is turned on

8. How do I delete my account?

You can do this from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all data is immediately removed and cannot be recovered. Information that must be retained by law, such as payment history, will be stored separately only for the required period.

9. What is the Care feature?

Care is a feature that lets you share schedules with family, friends, and other loved ones. Once connected via an invitation code, you can view the other person's "Today's Tasks" and send them caring messages. It is especially useful for looking after parents or elderly family members who live far away.

10. Can I use Haru on multiple devices?

Yes. When you log in with the same account, your data will be synchronized across multiple devices such as smartphones and tablets. Please note that if you use the app on multiple devices simultaneously, the most recently saved data will be kept.

11. Which languages are supported?

Haru supports a total of 8 languages, including Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai. You can change the language under in-app Settings > Language, or Haru will automatically follow your device's system language.
